요약

AI 디지털교과서가 2025년부터 단계적으로 도입되는 가운데, AI 디지털교과서를 현장에서 직접 사용하게 될 교 사 대상 연수는 AI 디지털교과서의 안정적인 정착을 위한 필수 요인으로 여겨진다. 그러나 아직까지 AI 디지털교 과서 교사 연수를 위한 교육요구도 분석 연구는 미흥한 수준이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 현직 초등 교사 91명을 대 상으로 AI 디지털교과서 연수에서 중점적으로 고려해야 할 역량에 대한 교육요구도 조사를 실시했고, 조사 결과 를 IPA 분석, Borich 요구도, The Locus for Focus 모델을 활용하여 다각도로 분석하고자 하였다. 분석 결과, IPA 와 Borich 요구도 분석에서 높은 순위를 차지하고 The Locus for Focus 모델에서 LH 사분면에 속한 ‘디지털 도구 및 에듀테크 활용 역량’, ‘디지털 기반 교수 학습 설계 역량’, ‘학습 데이터 분석 및 평가 피드백 역량’이 연수 운 영 시 최우선적으로 고려해야 할 역량임을 확인했다. 또한, ‘학습 데이터 분석 및 평가 피드백 역량’과 ‘디지털 윤 리 및 학생 지원 역량’은 차순위로, ‘학습 데이터 분석 및 평가 피드백’은 후순위로 인식하고 있었다. AI 디지털교 과서 교사 연수 프로그램 설계 시 기초 자료로 반영되기를 기대한다.

Abstract

With the phased introduction of the AI Digital Textbook (AIDT) starting in 2025, teacher training for those who will use AIDT in the field is considered a key factor for its stable implementation. However, the AIDT training conducted in 2024 showed that many teachers expressed concerns rather than expectations. Therefore, this study conducted an educational needs assessment on 91 in-service elementary school teachers regarding the competencies that should be emphasized in AIDT training. The results were analyzed using Importance–Performance Analysis (IPA), the Borich Needs Assessment Model, and the Locus for Focus Model. According to the analysis, 'Use of Digital Tools and EdTech', 'Designing Teaching and Learning Using Digital Platforms', and 'Analyzing Learning Data and Implementation of Assessment Feedback' ranked high in both IPA and Borich analyses and were located in the LH quadrant of the Locus for Focus Model. These were identified as the top priorities for training. In addition, 'Analyzing Learning Data and Implementation of Assessment Feedback' and 'Digital Ethics and Student Support' were recognized as secondary priorities. The results are expected to serve as basic data for designing AIDT teacher training programs.
