The Impact of ICT Tools on Outcomes Based Learning on Grade 12 Students at Laos

Abstract

ICT education has a great impact on the national economy in modern society. ICT provides a great opportunities to improve the effectiveness of our teaching methods. Using ICT tools, we have adopted innovative approaches to teaching, utilized digital tools, and focused on student-centered learning to improve students’ learning achievement. As a result of conducting classes using ICT tools, students preferred on-time testing platforms such as Kahoot and Quizzes, and responded that learning with ICT was attractive and beneficial. We also found that students lacked personal equipment, which hindered their ability to fully utilize the platform.
