요약

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대에서 한국어교육이 블렌디드 러닝을 거쳐 온라인 플립드 러닝으로 발전하는 과정 을 고찰하고, AI 기술과 한국어교육을 접목한 ‘Butter FLI’ 과정을 소개한다. 연구의 주요 목적은 두 가지이다. 첫 째, 온라인 플립드 러닝이 학습자 중심의 능동적인 학습 환경을 제공함을 확인하는 것이며, 둘째, AI 기술을 활용 한 교육 방법이 한국어교육의 질을 향상시키는 데 기여할 수 있음을 밝히는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 한컴아 카데미의 우즈베키스탄 스마트클래스 사례를 통해 온라인 플립드 러닝 수업 방식을 구체적으로 마련하고, 이론적 제시에 그치지 않고 실제로 인프라를 구축하여 사업적 효과를 도모하는 방법을 제안한다.

Abstract

This study examines the progression of Korean language education from blended learning to online flipped learning in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution and introduces the ‘Butter FLI’ process, which integrates AI technology with Korean language education. The study has two primary objectives. First, it aims to confirm that online flipped learning provides a learner-centered, active learning environment. Second, it seeks to demonstrate that educational methods utilizing AI technology can enhance the quality of Korean language education. To achieve these goals, this study presents the case of Hancom Academy’s Smart Classes in Uzbekistan, detailing the development of online flipped learning instructional methods and proposing ways to build infrastructure and achieve business effectiveness beyond theoretical discussions.
