최근 카지노 업계는 단순한 도박 시설이 아닌 다양한 엔터테인먼트와 편의 시설을 갖춘 복합리조트로 발전하고 있다. 이러한 카지노 복합리조트는 카지노 뿐만 아니라 문화, 예술, 공연, 전시회 등을 포함하면서 세계적인 관광 명소가 되고 있다. 다양한 문화와 언어가 공존하기 때문에 다양한 종류의 보안 문제가 증가하고 있으며, 도박 산업의 특성으로 인한 다양한 부정적 문제들도 존재한다. 카지노 복합리조트의 보안 환경은 내외부 고객의 부정행위에 대응하기 위해 복잡하게 구축되어 있다. 이를 위해 CCTV 카메라를 바탕으로 서베일런스 시스템을 운영하며, 내부 통제 시스템으로 금전적 손실과 자산 유출을 방지한다. 서베일런스 부서는 출입 관리와 안전관리에도 주력한다. 하지만 부정행위의 고도화와 산업의 성장으로 위험도 증가하고 있으며, 보안 시스템의 취약점을 이용한 사건이 늘어나고 있어, 이에 대한 대비가 필요하다. 본 연구는 카지노 복합리조트 의 서베일런스 시스템과 융합보안 체계에 대해 분석하고, 발전된 보안 체계로의 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

Abstract

Recently, the casino industry has evolved beyond gambling to become integrated resorts offering a mix of entertainment, cultural, and leisure facilities, attracting global tourists. However, the diverse cultural mix and nature of the gambling industry have led to increasing security challenges and issues. The security environment of the casino integrated resort is complexly constructed to respond to fraudulent activities by internal and external customers. To this end, a surveillance system is operated based on CCTV cameras, and an internal control system prevents financial loss and asset outflow. The surveillance department also focuses on access control and safety management. However, risks are increasing due to the sophistication of fraud and the growth of the industry, and the number of incidents exploiting vulnerabilities in the security system is increasing, so it is necessary to prepare for this. This study analyzes the surveillance system and convergence security system of a casino integrated resort and suggests a direction toward an advanced security system.
