이 연구는 정의적 영역이 교수·학습 활동에 미치는 영향을 이론적으로 탐색함으로써 교원의 전문성 역량 강 화를 위해 정의적 영역을 지원할 방법을 모색하려는 목적을 갖고 있다. 이를 위해 이 연구는 OECD Teaching and Learning International Survey (TALIS) 분석 결과를 통해 교수·학습 활동에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 심리적 배경 요 인을 살펴보았다. 교수·학습 활동에서 정의적 영역의 중요성을 정리하고, 교수 효능감 및 스트레스를 중심으로 정의적 영역이 수업에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 이어서 교원의 전문성 신장 관점에서 정의적 영역의 지원 방향 에 대한 시사점이 무엇인지 도출하고자 하였다.

Abstract

This study aimed to theoretically explore the potential impact of the affective domain on teaching and learning and to suggest supportive approaches for teacher professional competencies. Using the ‘Teaching and Learning International Survey, TALIS’ by OECD, this study sought emotional factors that might influence teaching and learning practices. In the result section, the study discussed the importance of the affective domain for better lessons. In addition, it dealt with the possible causes, such as teacher self-efficacy or stress, that can affect teaching and learning according to years of experience as a teacher and professional development. Lastly, the implication was drawn regarding supportive approaches to the affective domain from the perspective of professional teaching competencies.
