Teaching Core Principles of SVM for Elementary Learners by Subject-Convergent Education

In order to cultivate talented people with creative and convergent thinking skills to live in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the national curriculum of Korea is gradually emphasizing convergence education and SW education.This paper suggests teaching-learning materials for educating core principles of SVM, especially for elementary learners. The materials also contain educational factors and achievement
standards of mathematics and social studies. Furthermore, subject-convergenteducationassistselementarylearnstofigureouthowAIand machinelearningsystemoperate,whichisabstract and invisible.Wehopethispaperwill encourage teachers and learners to investigate more efficient and effective methods of AIeducation.
