Proposal of a Creative Blended Learning Model using IIT for Fostering Future Talents

요약

The need to cultivate creative talents who can live together with future social

capabilities is emerging in an intelligent information society. It is necessary to cultivate

creative talents suitable for future talents amid the rapid changes of the future society. In this paper, due to the box-like nature of the ADDIE process, the process of evaluating the effectiveness of

training is slow, and due to the nature of execution, it may take excessive time for the

project to reach its intended target. To compensate for these shortcomings, we propose

to use the developed SAM model.
